一、申请学士学位条件

1、通过毕业论文答辩，符合本科段毕业条件，并已取得自考本科毕业证书；

2、本科段各科成绩的平均分在68分以上（实践考核成绩、毕业论文成绩及免考、加考成绩不计入平均分）；

3、参加省学位办组织的学位英语统考，取得合格成绩。

二、申请学士学位有关问题

1、有效时间：已取得本科毕业证书，并在毕业证书上落款的毕业日期一年之内可以提出申请。

为了做好今年我校高等教育自学考试本科毕业生学士学位授予工作，现将有关事项通知如下。

一、高等教育自学考试学生申请学士学位的条件：

1、通过毕业论文，已经取得自考本科毕业证书；

2、成绩优良，平均分达到70分或以上（不包括免修免考）；

3、通过学校主考的本科主干课程及省统考的学位外语考试。

二、申请手续1、2010年10月9日至10月23日，符合表1各项条件的毕业生自行上网填写申请资料。在我院网站

（http://cce.scnu.edu.cn）的“学士学位专栏”中点击“学士学位申报”，输入学号登录后，填写自己的基本申报资料并设定密码。**填写的资料将作为下一步审核、办理学位证书的依据，所以请同学们在网上先阅读各项资料的填写说明，务必真实、准确地填写各项内容，绝对不能出错。

2、自学考试毕业生除填写基本资料以外，还需完成以下流程：

（1）在学位申报系统中上传学位证书相片电子版（要求为180×240像素的蓝底彩色正面免冠照JPG文件），并用此电子相片的底版洗晒大一寸的相片一张，用于办理学士学位证书（即送交的纸质相片必须与电子照片一致，见（3）的要求）。我们还会将送交的相片与学位外语统考准考证相片、本科毕业证书相片进行对照，以确保为同一人。

（2）在学位申报系统中输入课程成绩。请按照毕业生登记表或网上查询到的课程成绩输入，非百分制的成绩（含毕业论文）按下表折算为百分制后输入：

（3）在10月18日至10月29日（周六、日除外）期间向我校主管院系的自考办送交如下材料：

a）网上填写后打印的申请表一式两份；

b）蓝底彩色大一寸正面免冠照一张（必须与上传电子相片一致），相片需粘贴在其中一张申请表的“学位证书相片暂贴处”；

c）本科毕业证书、成绩总表（毕业生登记表或网上查询打印的成绩总表皆可）和有效身份证等原件和复印件一式两份，院系核对后，原件交还学生。

3、各院系将在11月中下旬陆续进行资格审核，同学们可登录“学士学位申报”系统中查看审核结果，如有异议，须在11月22日~11月30日期间向相关院系提出。

三、各院系及我院审核办理流程、时间安排

1、各院系教务员工作流程：

（1）及时向毕业班学生和各教学点传达本通知精神；

（2）自考教务员于10月18日～10月29日收缴自考生的各项材料（注：收取学生材料时，请向学生明确网上填写的信息与送交的材料必须一致，否则申请无效）；

（3）11月20日前，教务员必须完成初审工作，并到我院学历部领取打印好的“拟授予学位名单”和“学位评定分委员会表决表”；

（4）12月8日前，各院系组织学位评定分委员会开会，对拟授予名单进行投票表决，在表决表上签章后交我院学历部；

2、2010年12月，我院将协同校学位办对申请名单进行复核、汇总和上报，由校学位评定委员会开会审批授予学士学位名单。

3、2011年1月，正式办理学士学位证书，证书办理完毕后，我院会在网站上另行通知，批准授予学士学位的毕业生届时可持有效身份证到所属院系领取学士学位证书。

四、其它事项

1、自考生的资格审核（包括毕业情况、课程平均分、相片核对等）由院系教务员在网上申报系统进行逐一核对处理；成人教育学生的审核则由系统自动完成。

第一章总则

第一条根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位暂行实施办法》以及国务院学位委员会、教育部《关于做好应届本科生授予学位准备工作的通知》，结合我校实际情况，特修订本工作细则。

第二章学位评定委员会

第二条按照《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》第十九条规定，学校成立学位评定委员会，负责学位评定授予工作，主要履行如下职责：

（一）制定授予学士学位工作细则。

（二）审查通过学士学位获得者名单。

（三）作出撤消因违反规定而授予学士学位的决定。

（四）研究和处理有关授予学士学位的意见和其他事项。

（五）授权学位评定委员会常设机构的学位日常工作权限。

第三条学位评定委员会组织与工作程序：

（一）学位评定委员会由29名委员组成，设主任1名、副主任2名、秘书3名，任期3年。

（二）教务处为学校学位评定委员会学士学位评定工作的常设机构，负责普通本科毕业生学士学位评定的资格审查、材料准备、评定学位的会议安排等具体工作。

（三）审核通过学士学位获得名单，应根据民主集中制的原则，必须有三分之二以上学位评定委员会委员参加会议，且半数以上委员表决通过方为有效。

第三章授予学士学位的条件

第四条普通本科毕业生具备下列条件者，授予学士学位。

（一）热爱祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导，热爱所学专业，努力学习，遵守国家法令和学校纪律，品德端正。

（二）完成教学计划规定的全部教学内容，成绩合格，并且主要课程（2007年前入学学生的主要课程为考试课程）的成绩平均分数达68分及以上（2007年前入学的五年制学生在校期间必修课程的补考门数在7门以下者，2007年前入学的四年制学生在校期间必修课程的补考门数在6门以下者，亦视为主要课程的成绩符合要求）。

（三）外语成绩达到校内考试4级水平。

（四）临床实习各科出科考试和毕业技能操作考核成绩合格。

（五）毕业考试总评成绩或毕业论文成绩合格。

（六）体育成绩合格。

第五条普通本科毕业生有下列任何一条者，不得授予学士学位。

（一）不符合第四条规定中的任何一款者。

（二）在学校学习期间，因违反国家法令、学校纪律、医

德医风或考试作弊受记过及以上处分，或受到2次严重警告以下处分者。

（三）未获得毕业资格者。

（四）选修课程未修满规定学分者。
