留学申请信篇4

在申请法国的学校时，推荐信大部分都由学校的老师完成。如果候选人在社会上参加过某种活动或是做过比较有帮助的实习/工作经历也可以由活动负责人或是职场上司来写。注意以下两点：

1、注意申请项目对推荐信的要求。

法国高商大部分项目对推荐人是没有要求的，建议至少有一封推荐信由学校的老师作为推荐人。部分项目，如SAI法国高商五校联考项目的推荐信就最好两封都是学术相关的推荐信。建议同学们在找推荐人之前注意项目要求。

2、选择熟悉自己的人。

在推荐人的选择上，同学们首先要看的是这个推荐人和你有什么关联，要实事求是找到熟悉自身情况的老师，不要拉虎皮做大旗，特意找职称高而不熟悉自己的人来写。

一般来说，推荐信都是推荐人根据被推荐人的情况写下来的文书。但是我们都理解，在申请季比较紧张的时候，老师和单位上司都太忙了，没有时间来根据每个被推荐人的性格特点来撰写文书，所以大部分的时间都是申请学生自己写一份推荐信，导师做更改和认可。这个时候推荐信就需要我们自己来准备了!

二、推荐信的内容

1、推荐人的背景信息。

推荐人要陈述自己是谁，在哪里就职，和被推荐人是什么关系。其中最重要的就是要写清楚推荐人和申请人的关系。如果平时接触的不是很多，可以侧重说明两人一起合作的深度。无论从哪种角度，都要传达出推荐人对于被推荐人很了解，而非一面之缘的信息。

2、对被推荐人的综合评价

表明推荐人对申请人个性特征的印象(学习精神、工作态度、与同学/同事相处的情形、组织领导能力、学术专长、研究能力、有无工作经验与否)，并加注评语。推荐人可以先用一句或者一段话来描述申请人，然后再描述申请人的客观表现，比如平时总是会在课上举手问问题，能找到别人没注意到的细节，或者会对同班同学课上回答的问题进行积极的反馈和补充等等。等于先下定义，然后再列举例子来支撑前面的综合评价。

3、展示优秀品质和学术潜力

除了课堂上的表现，推荐人还可以通过和申请人的共事过程中的体验来侧面体现申请人的优秀品质，比如：交上来的论文总是结构清晰，格式准确，来体现做事仔细，对学术认真;或者除了规定的reading list之外，申请人还经常能在课上旁征博引别的学术资源，其实也就说明这个学生有学习主动性，而且学术广度比较大。注意这里不要写推荐人不可能知道的事情，比如经常“学习到很晚”或者“经常课下和同学发邮件交流学习”等等，否则整封推荐信就会显得失真了。

三、申请流程及所需材料

第一步，信息搜集

明确了自己大致可以学的方向就可以上网到各个大学的网站查询了。查询的方法，可以根据自己的意愿，只查询自己想去的城市或者地区的学校，在GOOGLE里面搜索地区名称就可以了;还可以根据专业名称查询，也是使用搜索引擎;另外有一种比较简单的方法，就是找一些大学列表，比如本网站既有好几个，还有战斗在法国网站上也有，全法学联的网站上有巴黎十三所大学的链接。

进入大学的网站，找到自己想读的专业后，要记下(用本子和笔)专业的名称、阶段、申请截至日期、申请的步骤、申请所需要的材料，邮寄地址或者访问地址(有的学校有的专业要亲自领表格)以及咨询电话。建议，可以用一个不太大的记事本，每所学校写一页，空出来得地方日后也会有用。

第二步，填写申请表

有些学校的网站上可以下载表格;有些学校需要寄信去索取，附上学校要求的材料，信封(写上自己的地址，贴足邮票)，MOTIVATION不要写的太长，信中要写明想申请的专业，清楚明了就可以了。在记事本上相应的位子做记录，记下日期和特殊事项，备查。拿到表格可以先复印，既可以避免一次填错，又可以留做资料。认真真实的填写表格。

第三步，整理材料

一般申请表上会指明学校希望了解的材料，可以对照划勾，以免遗漏;如果材料不全，可以在截至日期前先寄出一部分，并说明缺的材料，原因。然后在日后补交，也会有一个最后期限的，需要留意。在记事本上做记载。一般学校只收复印件，但入学时可能需要出示原件核对。
