活动口号：（More English More Fun）活动背景：
经过长期的调查发现非英语专业，由于受CET-4导向，造成学生重听力轻口语现象，英语教学处于哑巴英语状态。且在生活上很少用英语交流，更不敢在公众面前讲英语，这使学生面临的形势更加严峻，学到的只是纸上英语。活动目的：
将更加丰富我们校园的文化，进一步营造浓郁的英语交际氛围，提高口语交际的能力，激发同学对英语的积极性，拓宽英语的运用范围，让英语口语走向生活化。结合90后大学生爱秀个性，发挥自我，此活动尝试为他们的学习与生活找到一次完美的结合。
活动形式：
学生每2人一组，英语口语对话形式，自选对话情景，或在鲜花似锦的校园一角，或在浪漫温馨的咖啡屋，或在默默散发书香的图书馆，对话将全程进行DV的拍摄，刻成光盘。活动要求：
(1)学生必须选择积极向上的对话内容，能够反映丰富多彩的校园文化生活。(2)以表演的形式表达对话内容（3）表演要富有生动性，带有鲜明的面部表情和相关的动作

托福口语词汇多样化使用技巧
1. 使用同义词
在备考托福口语考试的时候，考生一定要注意积累一些在口语考试中经常出现的高频词汇的同义词。当遇到一些比较简单的句子的时候，考生就可以使用同义词替换的方式将原句改写。比如如果在口语考试的原文中出现了important，考生就可以用它的同义词essential， crucial， vital， significant等等将原句进行改写。
2. 改变词性
在托福口语考试中，如果考生发现自己需要改写的句子中的词汇比较复杂，找不到可以改写的同义词，考生就可以通过改变单词词性的方式将它们进行改写。比如comparison动词 compare的名词形式，所以如果原句中出现了When we look at a comparison between A and B…的结构，考生就可以将它们改写为When we compare A and B…
3. 使用不同的承接词
承接词在托福口语考试中经常出现，如果说托福口语是一颗大树，那么承接词就是其中的枝干。承接词不仅是段落和段落的连接的途径，也是句子和句子之间进行连接的桥梁，而且表示某种关系的承接词往往不止一种，比如考生经常使用的表示因为的承接词because of就可以用due to， owing to， because， as， since， for等等替换，而经常用来表示转折的词but就可以用however， nevertheless， nonetheless， whereas等词汇进行改写。销量那么高，几百上千斤的，那茶是一样的吗?
4. 形容词的逆向表达
形容词的逆向表达也是在托福口语考试中进行改写的一种技巧。因为A比B的优点往往就是B和A相比的缺点;A和B相比是最便宜的，其实也就是A和B相比，是最不贵的。所以基于这种逻辑关系，考生就可以用形容词的逆向表达进行改写。比如not as easy as…可以改为more difficult than…;而The cheapest 就可以用 the least expensive来代替。
托福口语句式多样化运用窍门
1. 改变词序
这是在托福口语考试中常用的改写的方式，在实际答题的时候，考生可以直接把句子中的状语和从句换一下位置将原句进行改写。比如For many years， people have believed ….就可以改写为People believed… for many years.
2. 主动语态和被动语态的互相替换
被动语态和主动语态从逻辑上来说是相对的，比如A把B打了，其实也就是B被A打了。通过这种巧妙的逻辑上的替换，也可以实现改写。比如： Trained scientists performed this research.就可以改写为This research was performed by trained scientists.

汉语中的“狗”
在汉语中，包含“狗”的词语或成语通常都表示贬义。在中国古代，狗除了可用来食用以外，基本就是看家，因此从古代开始就有“看门狗”一说。那时候，狗的主人通常把狗看做是自己的所有物，可以随意打骂，甚至宰杀。《列子》中的《杨布打狗》这样叙述道：“杨朱之弟曰布，衣素衣而出。天雨，解素衣，衣缁衣而返。其狗不知，迎而吠之。杨布怒，将扑之。”可见，狗在中国古代的地位非常低，因此常与反面形象联系在一起，用来形容遭人厌恶的人。例如：狗腿子（lackey）、狗急跳墙（a cornered beast will do something desperate）、狗嘴里吐不出象牙（a filthy mouth cannot utter decent language）、狗仗人势（a dog counts on his master's backing）。现在，狗的处境比过去好多了，但“狗”在汉语中表示贬义的用法却保留了下来。
英语中的“Dog”
在西方文化中，dog被认为是人类的好朋友，因此英语中的dog有很多褒义的用法。例如：a lucky dog （幸运儿）、a big dog （通常指一个企业中重要的人）、the top dog （某个团体中身居要职的人）、“love me， love my dog”（爱屋及乌）等。
此外，dog一词在英语中还有一些表示中性含义的用法。例如：work like a dog （拼命工作）、dog-tired （疲倦之极）、fight like cats and dogs （争吵不休）、dog days （三伏天）、rain cats and dogs （下倾盆大雨）、a living dog is better than a dead lion （好死不如赖活着）、every dog has his/its day （人人都有得意时）等。
当然，dog在英语中有时候也表示贬义。在18世纪之前，英国人养狗不是将其当做宠物，而是为了让其打猎、劳作以及看家。因此，当时英语中的dog很少被描述为人类的忠实朋友或是忠实可信的，而是带有如“凶猛的（vicious）”“饥饿的（ravening）”“警戒的（watchful）”等含义。例如：go to the dogs （完蛋）、dog eat dog （为成功不择手段）、let sleeping dogs lie （不要招惹麻烦）等。到19世纪时，英国的狗过着非常悲惨的生活，常常饥寒交迫、疾病缠身，也经常被打，因此英语中的dog也用来表示生活悲惨，如sick as a dog （病重的）、lead a dog's life （过着悲惨的生活）、die a dog's death （悲惨地死去）等。当时的一些名声极坏的狗常常会被公开处死，因此又有了give a dog a bad name这个短语，指“给人强加恶名”。
由此可见，dog在英语和汉语中虽然都有贬义的用法，但是由于文化背景不同，其含义也不同。汉语中常常用“狗”来讽刺人本身，而英语中用dog表示贬义时很少指人本身，而是指人的其他方面。不过，英语和汉语中也有一些对dog的共识，如a barking dog never bites （会叫的狗不咬人）。

“全新读图时代已经来临，主营图片内容的网站，将随之获得更好发展和成长。”百度CEO李彦宏去年曾对读图时代做过精彩讲述，尔后，Instagram高速成长，Facebook对其高达10亿美元的巨资收购就是最好的注释。
国内图片社交应用也在快速升温，尽管Instagram盛况难被国内复制，美图秀秀拥有的3000万用户价值难与Instagram匹敌，但图片社交应用前景依然被看好。包括百度、腾讯等巨头纷纷进入。2011年11月8日，百度出资千万美金收购创新工场旗下孵化项目魔图精灵。
据百度魔图产品负责人杜琳介绍，百度收购魔图精灵后已与百度旗下项目进行整合，百度相册在网页端也将融合魔图相关功能。
此外，百度魔图在今年2月底正式推出了iPhone版本，宣称到现在为止已获得上百万用户。
“这一方面是向度娘借势，另一方面是利用百度魔图在Android版千万级用户进行推广。”杜琳在谈到百度魔图的小有所成时说道。同时，她还透露，百度魔图将要推出iPhone升级版本，并整合类似Instagram通讯录功能。
提到美图工具类应用，美图秀秀无疑是最抢得先机的产品。百度魔图要想获得市场的认可，无疑绕不开和美图秀秀的竞争。不过，好在百度魔图有自己独特的竞争力。“相对于美图秀秀，百度魔图专注于手机端，并不准备做网页版本，也没有开放API，更多的是作为百度相册的手机端产品。”杜琳认为，要超越美图秀秀，一定要将魔图优点发挥到极致，而图片的美容功能就是百度魔图的杀手锏。
借老用户的口碑
面世之初，百度魔图只推出了Android版，iPhone版今年初才推出，杜琳也是最近才接手这一项目。此前，杜琳曾供职于腾讯、奇虎360，不久前才由PC客户端产品转做iOS、Android移动平台应用——百度魔图。
谈及首次推出iPhone版的心得时，杜琳表示，产品经理的判断能力非常重要，“每天要亲自体验产品，看看产品有没有什么问题？是否可以达到发布标准？还要做好一系列协调工作，筹备提交App Store资料审核，确保第一次发布无疏漏。”
第一次发布产品，对产品经理的项目协调能力以及风险控制能力是一个很好的锻炼。比如，App Store审核时间难以把控，运气好的话一个星期能通过审核，运气不好时需要两个星期，甚至还有可能被打回来重新提交。
“我在做动员大会时，就要确定一个很保险的时间，然后所有的推广资源、渠道和运营活动都按照规定时间去铺，不能说什么时候上，什么时候给推广一下。当时给百度魔图定的时间是在2月28日，因为评估最迟2月27日可以通过审核，但还要考虑美国时间是周日，有可能无法通过审核。当然非常幸运的，在27日下午，苹果通过了审核。”
对于百度魔图来说，比较幸运的是iPhone版产品上线后，无论是渠道资源还是运营推广资源均如期上线。加上百度魔图在Android版上已拥有千万量级的用户，通过对Android版所有用户提示有iPhone新版，也达到了很好的宣传效果。
向度娘借势
谈及新产品在App Store冲榜时，杜琳指出，百度魔图iPhone版只用了三天时间就把美图秀秀霸占长达半年多的摄影排行榜第一名挤了下去，而且，百度魔图发榜只花了20元钱。这成为杜琳和百度魔图为外界所津津乐道的话题。据杜琳介绍，这中间还有一个有趣的故事，那就是向度娘借势。
那段时间，百度公司HR刘冬在微博上走红。刘冬被网友冠以：长相甜美、神似林志玲、身形苗条、明星范儿十足、性感火辣等高度评价。
杜琳指出，百度魔图iPhone版推出后，很多人都说百度下了很大一盘棋：先把度娘炒红，让度娘去上湖南电视台的《天天向上》栏目，然后又说度娘其实用了百度魔图美化照片。这么做的目的就是为了发布百度魔图。
“实际上，百度魔图iPhone版发布只是借用这个势，并非在下一盘棋。”杜琳说，“第一个版本发布能成功，是天时地利人和的结果。天时，比如有度娘这个事情；地利是依靠百度品牌；人和是团队确实协调得非常好。”
让杜琳引以为豪的是，根据行业内的经验，如果说产品日下载量达到上万量级，三四万或四五万量级，一定是花钱去刷榜，但百度魔图并没有走这条路。“我可以实话实说，我们第一次发榜只花了20块钱。”
关于第一次冲榜，另外一件不得不提的事情就是，第一次版本发布后两个星期，App Store对排名策略作出调整，并严重打击刷榜公司。用户如果装了卸载，会把产品分数降到很低，很多刷榜的应用都因此受到了严厉整顿。而百度魔图都是用户主动下载和使用，在苹果调整之后，反而很幸运地重新冲到了前20名。
“百度魔图现在的增长都是靠用户口碑和产品质量支撑，呈自然增长态势。”所以，杜琳认为，产品特色和体验才能真正让产品有个不错的成长空间。

适用的尺寸大约是480*680,如果图片超出范围，可能会被裁剪掉多余的部分。所以选图的时候尽量选一些贴合尺寸的，或者将图中所需部分选中， 背景选好之后，一般会放一张图片，用来吸引目光，也有一个封面的效果 调整好图片的大小及位置，选中图片后点击右键，选择动画，添加一个动画效果：方式-弹入，方向-从左到右，时间选择2秒。这意味着这张图片会在2秒的时间里从左至右弹入页面。建议在选择时间时考虑到背景音乐的节奏。 我们添加一个宣传标题。选择添加文字，在文字框内输入标题，可以在出现的工具框内调整颜色、大小、对齐方式等。然后将文字框拖到合适的位置。 给这个标题也设置一个动画效果。鼠标左键单击选中该标题，点击右键选择动画，效果为：方式-中心放大，时间选择5秒，延迟为2秒。这样的话标题文字会在图片显示后开始出现。为避免页面单调，我们可以给该标题文字再增加一个动画的增强效果，那就是停留在页面时加了一个2秒的抖动。 在内页里，我们可以设置一些与封面不同的动画效果。为考虑到显示美观以及时间延展性，同样可以加一些延迟秒数和增强动画效果 内容添加完了，不要忘记还有背景音乐，选一首自己喜欢的歌吧!点击音乐，可以看到有三种方式：1 在易企秀自带的搜索引擎里搜

喜欢在博客晒晒生活点滴的朋友们，个人感觉拼图是个不错的选择，不需要多厉害的PS功力，用“美图秀秀”软件的“拼图场景”功能就可以轻松搞定这个风格的照片了，示范给大家看看如何制作吧。
一、首先打开“美图秀秀”，“打开”一张图片，

二、打开图片后，选择“场景”界面下的“拼图场景”功能，并在右侧挑选适合的拼图模板。(如图4所示)
三、单击模板后软件会自动进入“场景 编辑框”，在左侧卡可以调节照片的显示区域，把自己想要的部分调整好。(如图5所示)
四、然后就可以双击需要替换的图片，依次替换，全部完成后选择“应用”。(如图6所示)
五、现在选择“边框”界面下的“简单边框”功能，在右侧挑选喜欢的边框。
六、全部完成后，选择“保存”，修改保存路径和图片名称后保存即可。
