今天爸爸妈妈早早的就告诉我今年我们不准备回老家了，我听了还有点不高兴。随后爸爸说我们一家人去北京看看天安门去，首都都还没去过呢。我听了顿时脸一下子有由阴转晴。，一家人为此做准备。
到了晚上，如一场噩梦般的消息在手机的屏幕上出现了。“新型冠状病毒”。，很陌生的称号，于是我们查了手机，对此做出了了解到这是一种病毒，危害性很大、和传染性很大。现在已经蔓延到各个城市，很多人已被传染。听到这消息，我立马告诉爸爸说：“这次我们的旅游取消吧!我们不能给国家添麻烦，要做到少出门、戴口罩。”一家人心里还是有点失落，不过为了社会的安宁，我们愿意一起抗议抗击疫情。第二天一早我们一家人戴着口罩去了附近的超市为过年做起了食物的大购物，有水果、蔬菜、饮料等。买完迅速的地离开超市，因为超市的人是最多的，新闻上说了不要聚集人多的地方，这样很容易传染。
计划一：玩电脑
为了我的期末考试能考个理想的成绩，做少一点作业(你们知道吗?我们的老师是按分数来布置作业的啊!)。我已经有3个月没碰过电脑，与“穿越火线”彻底地说了生“拜拜”了。现在我要松一松我那被习题搞得快崩溃了的脑子，玩玩电脑喽!我现在很喜欢上“穿越火线”，但玩的时候大多数是我被杀，好惨啊!所以，我放弃了玩穿越火线的计划，玩起摩尔庄园，虽然有点幼稚，但是，俗话说摩尔庄园，快乐童年嘛!对不对!但我还是玩回了穿越火线滴!
计划二：睡懒觉
为了期末考试，我每天复习到很晚才睡觉，可是，一觉醒来，又全忘了!我只能每天死记硬背，这让我的休息时间变的越来越少，让我每天都没法睡一次自然醒。这下好啦!一切考试都结束了，我终于可以好好的睡一次懒觉了!考完试的那天晚上，我八点就睡觉了，居然早上九点才起床，第一次睡这么好啊!
计划三：骑单车
为了过个充实的一个星期，我准备天天都去深圳湾公园骑单车，可怜的王天诚被我拉出来去骑单车，这几天，被他命名为超级减肥计划，这几天，我每天带他骑到红树林。足足三天后，他已经从一个宅男变成气喘吁吁男了，他平常活动的范围就是自己家里，现在，我把他的活动范围扩大到了方圆十一公里了!我厉害吧!而且还有很明显的减肥功效。
