1.论证有效性分析一定要写题目，题目不用居中，空4格即可，题目不用加书名号。

二、论说文

2.段落要清晰，层次分明4—5段。篇章结构最好要做到：第一段：引用原材料。第二段：给出论点.第三、四段正反事例论证，或层进等方式论证，第五段总结，首尾呼应，加上结束语。不要一上来就洋洋洒洒的写上与此文无关的内容。
3.整篇文章阅读时，要给阅卷老师一种立意深刻，中心突出，结构完整，行文流畅的感觉。
4.一定要审好题，不要写跑题。
三、论证有效性分析和论说文共同要注意的事项
1.整张卷面要保持整洁、尽量不要涂改；段落要清晰。
2.用黑色签字笔答题，少用圆珠笔或钢笔。
3.每篇文章只能占用所在题的位置，不要串行占用下一题的地方。
4.字体不要出格，不要超出答题范围，超出所在格式；因为每张卷批题老师审的是扫描件，超出格式外的位置不会看到。也不要将所在题的内容占用背面页。一个老师批一道题。
英文写作注意事项
一、书信写作
1.审清题，是否应该用Dear Sir这样的词开头
2.要仔细阅读题意，信要求写给谁的，这样直接决定了此封信的开头用词和结尾时的用词及祝福语。以及出题人是想让你写这封信来表达什么？避免写跑题。
3.最起码要分三段，书信开头写称呼，结尾需署名。
4.涉及到电影名时，不用加书名号,每个单词的首个字母大写就行
5.整篇书信一定要注意：语言结构是否正确，语言表达是否准确，语域是否恰当等方面。
二、分析图表
1.一定要引用图表中的信息
2.看清图表中表达的数据是说的哪个国定。是否是中国。读清数值。是百万还是千万。
三、论说文
1.段落层次要清晰，力求做到内容的完整性，文章的组织连贯性，语法结构和词汇的多样性及语言的准确性。
2.最起码要分成三至四段。
3.整篇文章要努力做到中心思想明确，切中题意，条理清楚，用词恰当，无语法、结构错误，格式正确。
